Package stuck for over 50 days

My package (tracking ID WI000044577226SMT) has been stuck at the "China Departure Transit Hub" since the 1st of June. It has been almost 60 days since I've received an update. However the date for end arrival keeps getting pushed back. This feels like a bid to avoid giving me a refund. I have tried contacting Wish, no help. I'm about to just call my bank to force a refund from the company.

Hi Anon,

It's delayed for some reason. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see. If should be reached in another 20 days to my experience.
