Package stuck for days “plane has landed”

Hello, my package from China (China Post) to Canada (Canada Post) had been tracking well with frequent updates. All of a sudden there haven’t been any updates for many days. The last entry was “plane has arrived” / “arrived in port”. Is it still moving or lost? It’s been in transit 18 days, stuck on “plane has landed” for 7 days now. Any info is appreciated! Jennifer

My package LV712164133CN had been stuck for 40 days and the status is displayed as “plane has landed”. What does it mean? Is the item with customs yet? Please kindly let me know the average duration it takes for packages that start with “LV” to arrive. Thank you!
