Package stuck for 4 months

My package ( EB752067188CN ) has not updated since September 3, and as of writing it is December 27. I have contacted the shipper, but they get no response when they try to contact China Post. Is my package lost? 4 months is an unreasonable delay, so I suspect my package is lost or destroyed.

Hi Al,

It should be lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
