Package stuck for 36 days now

My tracking AT481583954CN. Has left orlando center and has not recieived a status update for over 20 days now. Also, my package AT485616057CN says it was delivered and it was never delivered.

Hi gastigonzalez1999,

It's not normal that stuck in Orlando for so long time. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
