Package stuck for 1 month

My package has been stuck at the same location in China since August 7th. I don't know if the package is lost, or whatever the problem may be. I already tried contacting you through this method a previous time. I really could use some help here with this. Below is all the information I see when tracking my package, also contact info.

I had ordered a parcel from Bali, Indonesia to be delivered to a China hub (which in turn sends to Zambia). It is currently stuck at Chinese customs and I’ve been advised that I need to contact them for the parcel to be released. How do I do that?? No numbers go through.

It was received by airline on August 13 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
