Package stuck at 航空公司启运 (flight departure) for 5 days, and no update since

My package EB803351175CN has been stuck at "flight departure" (航空公司启运) since December 11, and has not been updated since. Is there an issue with my package?

Hi annyng,

It should be delayed on the road. I suggest you wait for more days to see. If it's stuck for over 20 days, you'd better contact the seller to open a case to check it for you.

My parcel has been sat for 9 days in my city but has not been delivered? There is no further tracking apart from "arranging delivery" for the past 9 days? I don't know what courier china post use and in the UK so I don't know who to contact

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since.
