Package stuck at Wuhan office of exchange

Hello my parcel is being held at Wuhan office of exchange. It has not moved since 16/10/2021 so almost 1 month. Seller keeps saying be patient but offers no more help. I no longer believe I will receive it. Any help appreciated. Tracking no. LV287211920CN.
