Hi my package LK175273677AU was sent back to Aliexpress for an exchange.
It has been stuck at customs for the past 1 month. Aliexpress vendor say there is nothing they will do.
How can I get it through customs? There should not be any taxes or duties owed as it is a return of goods - but in case there are - how do I check and pay?

The tax should be paid by the receiver in China. If he doesn't cooperate, you can only contact Australia Post to ask if you could pay in Australia.
