Package Stuck at transfer airport

Hi,
My package has been stuck at the transfer airport in Beijing for 4 weeks now... I haven't seen an update. Is it that slow once it hits china? Tracking number UM685177943US

Hi Pksrock,

What's the destination city? If it's stuck for a long time, there may be problem for the address. You'd better let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11183 to further check it.
