package stuck at the sorting center

The latest update says package arrived on May 4 and hasnt left the sorting center. What should I expect to happen? Any and all info you can receive would be greatly appreciated

Hi Lisa,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since May 4. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Ok I've been in contact with the seller they've cooperated with me. Is there anyway to confirm it's still at the sorting center? And what is wrong with it? The seller hadnt received it back either. Tracking #

Ok and how do we fix an address if that's the problem? I really think im just going file a claim for a refund.

I ordered rep sneakers and my package has been on the “arrived at sorting center in destination country” since April 20th. Is something wrong? Could I somehow call the sorting center? Could my package have gotten lost? Is there any way I can figure out what’s going on and know if my package is coming or not?
