My packages arrived at the CA. Sorting center on 7/9/21 and have been there ever since, here is the tracking number AS706085683CN, they took approx 20 days to reach CA. USA and been sorting ever since, no way to get answers, and they are supposed to be delivered by 4px (Also a Chinese conglomerate) help please?

DAISY, thank you for your response, but the seller/sender does not respond to email and there is no phone number listed, and as they are in China there is no way to contact them for help or a response, and I have sent 10 emails asking them for help and a response, and nothing ever , is there anyway to find out if this tracking number is 4 large heavy boxes or just a small boxes or a envelope? These were supposed to be 4 large 56” x 24 or bigger and heavy boxes containing tool boxes , and if it’s just small boxes or an envelope they did not send the tool boxes that I paid for and I will deal with it, please respond if you can find out what’s sitting in sorting and worth proceeding or if I was scammed! please respond, Thank you and have a nice day

Sorry, we couldn't know what's in the box. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

why does my parcel stuck in china sorting centre for a long time, it's usually only takes 2 days from china sorting centre to arrive malaysia . i need it by 17 september, but its still didnt srrive in malaysia at 15 september, it impossible for them to only took another 2 days to arrived at my house
