hello, my package seems to be stuck at Shenzen Import Custom Clearance since the 7th of November, today will mark the 11th date since its has been stuck, i would be grateful i could receive some help and information about my package

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back to the seller. It's at Shenzhen customs now. It will be delivered to the seller recently. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
