Package stuck at same place for 12 days

My package has been stuck at Melrose Park Illinois for 12 days now, I would like to know if it is lost or if the tracking number changed?

There will be a new tracking number for it after it arrives in the US. You need to contact the seller to ask for it and use it to check.
