Package Stuck at Regional Sorting

Hi there, my order is RE177200301CN and I noticed it has been stuck at the Wuhu Regional Sorting Centre, it was last updated 01/24 and it is now 02/29. I am just wondering why it is has been there for a month? Is there anyway to see it’s status there or when it’s expected to leave the sorting centre? I put this order out over a month ago.

Hi olivia,

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and was returned back to Wuhu city where the seller is located. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hi I’d like to know details about my package that has been stuck at regional sorting centre for more than 2 months. It hasn’t updated since 4th of August and the seller says it’s waiting for a flight at customs and he has no power over the package now. I’m afraid he might be lying and I have been scammed or something.
