Hello, my package has been stuck in the same place for 15 days now! Does anyone else have a similar problem or experience with such things? Thank you in advance!!

Hi N. Soul,

There may be problem for the tracking information. It may have left China and is in transit to the US now. You'd better wait for another 10 days to see if there is any update showing it arrives in the US.
