Package Stuck at Plane Entered Port

Hi there, my package LV401322011CN seems to be stuck in an airport since 24JAN22. Is there anything I can do to move this along?

Hi Matt,

You can only wait for it. It's delayed due to the Chinese Spring Festival holiday. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Australia.
