Package stuck at Liege - Linehaul since 25-12-2020

Hi,
I ordered a package at Aliexpress on 15-12-2020. It was devided in 2 differtent packages. 1 I received on 28-12-2020. The other is still not in yet :(. Tracking shows it's in Liege - Linehaul since 25-12-2020. I did read somewhere it's like customs, but customs can't hold a package for more than 30 days not?
Can you support me in this?

Sorry, we could only help you check where the package is and couldn't deal with it. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution. As far as I see, most of the packages usually stuck in Liege for 40 days.
