Package stuck at Kunming

Hello, I have sent a package to China on 5th August 2020. Since 24th August 2020, it has been stuck at Kunming Customs. My girlfriend has called Kunming Customs at 087167086395 but nobody answers the phone. Can I know the status of my package or is there another way to contact Kunming customs by phone? My parcel number is CC076313233NL. Thanks in advance.
