Hello
My package is stuck for a month at international Mail Processing Center, he seems still there and not send at all, I know it's COVID time every process must be slower but after this package, I order another one 1 week later, I already got it, but still I wondering if it's normal, or should I be worried ?

If it couldn't be delivered within three months, it's not normal. You need to worry about it. I suggest you wait for more days to get update showing it arrives. It's delayed in Shanghai now.
