My package RG015085577CN is stuck at imported customs abroad. I don't know who the local courrier will be. Can you help with clearance?

I am mailing a package back to the company which I purchased clothing online, because it didn’t fit. The company will not refund me until they receive the package, but it is stuck in customs, and they refuse to contact customs to get it. Why is my package stuck in customs? Why isn’t it being delivered? It has been in customs since 8/6/2020.
