HI My parcel stuck at Shenzhen customs. I sent it from Ireland. I was this item back if they can't release it for free as it is a customer returns..Thanks

my package has been stuck in customs in SHENZHEN, CHINA since December 17th 2020 11:42am. This is a return I am waiting on a $111 refund from. Why is my package stuck for over two months? Tracking number is LH120280316US.
