My package has been stuck on "the next stop Hangzhou City" since 05-06-2020. It has been two weeks, can you tell me why this has not changed? Tracking number: LY217350301CN.

It's still stuck there now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

You site clearly says EUB and EMS should take 7-40 days to reach North America but this appears to have been sitting in an airport for a month?! The local carrier still doesn't have it.
