Hi my package was shipped with China EMS. The tracking number is CP380320790CN . The last update is that it was handed to the airline since 4/17/20, almost 5 months ago!

It wasn't returned back to the seller. It should be lost somewhere or stuck somewhere.

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over five months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
