Hi DomRobby,

e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered to Canada for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

My package has been stuck at "Flight Departure" since the 23rd of August and I would really like to know what happen to it because I'm verry worried it got lost in the way.
