Package stuck at exchange center since April 1st with no update

My package with tracking number EA929007628CN has been at the exchange center since April 1st with no updates. I understand there may be delays, I just want to make sure it is not lost and if I could get some kind of update. Thanks!

It's still in transit in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
