Package stuck at Dongguan, Guangdong, China for 50 days

Hi! I ordered a package (tracking number: UJ140720462CN) and it is stuck at Dongguan, Guangdong, China since 1st of March at the stage of ''dispatched from sorting center''. Any suggestions about what may have happened? Can i contact someone (except the seller who is not willing to help) who can help me with the issue?

I hope someone can help me, my package is stuck in Donnguan, RV427009517CN, this is my tracking number and it says that is there since May 22, it's supposed to arrive to Mexico, I'm Mexican, sorry if my english is trash, I hope you can give me some help.

Package held in gate 2 Zhongtang warehouse since Nov. 11. Can you help me get it picked up by Ninacloak. I am trying to return merchandise that I ordered but upon receipt found to be too small. I have tracked the package to the warehouse and have contacted Ninacloak but they have not picked up the package yet. I am trying to get a refund on the items but Ninacloak won't provide until they are in receipt of the merchandise.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after March 1. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
