Package stuck at Despatch from Sorting Center

Hello.
My package has been in transit for more than 34 days and has been stuck at Despatch from Sorting Center for more than 9 days. Also I’ve. Even using parcelsapp and sometimes when I use the tracking number it says it’s in Illinois but then when I come back to it, it just shows Despatch from Sorting Center. It has not changed since.

My package is stuck on preparing to ship for the last 12 days and was shipped 15 days ago, is there something wrong?

It's in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
