Hello,
My returned package is stuck at customs for over a month now. Aliexpress promised to pay for the return shipment but isn't responding anymore. Is it possible that the package can be returned to me? What must I do to get it back? Now I have no item, no money back, and also no more trust in Aliexpress. So I hope I can get the package back. Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Hello please I want to know why have not received my package and why did you people have to deliver my package wrong and now I don’t know where are we go to pick my package please I want you people to please and help me to get the right address so that I can go there and pick the package
If it's stuck at the customs, it should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
