Hello. My tracking number is LV372297272CN.

Still hoping to get this package, although it’s been stuck at customs since Dec 29th. Any chance there’s a way to contact them? It is a picture.

Hello - my parcel has been stuck at customs clearance in sierra leone for 10+days. Do you have any updates? I know customs here can be slow, so wanted to check you were delivering it all the way to the final destination, otherwise it might be stuck in customs forever. Thank you.
