Hi, I ordered something and my tracking hasn't updated since 13-11-2019 saying it's leaving Jingyou? I'm a bit worried. Netherlands customer!

Hi Naomi,

It should have left China and is in transit to Netherlands now. This kind of package usually takes about a month to reach. Wait patiently please.
