Hi my package has been in the same position for 24 days. Will you provide update to the status? I normally do not have this long delay with packages coming from China.

Hi Chad33,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update.
