Package stuck at Beijing international mail exchange station (Transfer)

Hi my package has been stuck on this tracking update since NOV 10 "Beijing, leave the Beijing International Mail Exchange Station, the next stop Beijing International Mail Exchange Station (transfer)" Has not moved. Tracking number is CP425960305CN it is SAL Shipping. What are my options i have contacted agent and they said will take another 2 months to investigate it. Any suggestions on what to do or if i can contact china post to get them to transfer it to airmail.

Hi connor,

It couldn't be transfered to airmail. It's sent by a cheap way of China Post which usually takes about 50-90 days to be delivered. You have the right to ask for refund if you couldn't receive it in time.

Why could it not be transferred to airmail? Is there a problem with the package? Just wondering why it has been sitting in beijing for this long.
Will it ever arrive or move?

Is there a possibility, that it will come through or is it stuck for good? The order was sold through Wish.com, therefore I cannot get support from them until 2020-08-03.
