Hi, my parcel from China was dispatched on 7th September 2019. It arrived at Bejing International Mail Exchange on 9th September 2019 and has been there for the past 9 days without any updates! Can you update me with what is going on with my parcel please as I am worried it has been lost or there is a problem?

It didn't pass the security check and returned back to be checked again. It has been stuck in Beijing International Mail Exchange Station since March 8. I suggest you wait for more days to see it it could leave China. If not, contact the seller to give you a solution.

My package has been stuck in the same location since 25-03-20, the seller convinces me its normal but I'm not sure. its meant to be in Singapore.

My package LE102708404CN is stuck there, it's bee' like 90 day i guess or even more, isn't it to much to wait ? and i really need the package to arrive before tomorrow but i know there is nothing i can do
It left China on Sep. 9 and on the way to UK now. There will be further update when it reaches in UK.
