Package stuck at Airline Received

Hi, I ordered my package on the 21st of November and it hasn’t updated since the 30th, it’s seems to be stuck on “Airline received.” Is the tracking number broken, did they lose the package or did something else happen to it? Thank you, the tracking number is LY560148909CN

Hi Andrew19,

It's not lost. It was received by airline on Nov. 30 and usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

This is not the first time I ordered with China Post, it only ever took around 20-25 days for me. But this time it has been stuck at ‘received by airline’ for 18days, so it has been in transit for 23 days. Usually after received by airline it changes status to airline departure after a day and also plane has landed after 3 days. Is this normal it hasn’t updated, or maybe it wont update anymore I will just receive it in a few days/weeks? my parcel with delivery number S00000230326254, S00000228674820, S00000227877567 from aliexpress stuck at “hand over to airline” status. It's been about 4 month from September I haven't received my package. can it be tracked where my package is located? Thank you very much.
