Package stuck at "airline departure", and was suppose to arrive in 12-20 days

It has been two months on a package that was suppose to arrive in 12-20 days. Where is it?

The tracking info for my package first said delivered to air transport and stuck on that status for 14 days and now it says “airline departure” then “Hong kong airline”. Does this mean it is now actually in Hongkong airline because it said HongKong airline afterwards? This means it should arrive to destination country the next day? (germany)

My shipment carrying the number: RB749735797CN is still in “airline departure” stage for more than a week. It usually arrive in the country within 2 days of airline departure from my previous experiences with China Post. Can you please look into this and let me know why it is stuck? Thanks
