Package stuck?

Hello, my package has been stuck on “handed to forwarding agent for transit” for over 10 days. Any idea where it is or if it’s lost? All of my EMS packages have arrived in less than 7 days in the past so I’m worried about this one.

Hi Jay4422,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.
