Package has been stuck on inbound in sorting centre since 5/7. Haven't had an update since. Could you please provide any additional information?

Hi Cat,

4PX express pick up the package on July 5 but hasn't processed it. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and let 4PX to deal with it as soon as possible.
