Package stuck 60 days with no change in the tracking

Hello, the package CP429652208CN has been shipped on the 26 of December 2020 and there are no changes in the tracking since the 1st of January 2021. How can I get an update on its status? Thank you

Hi Daniel,

You'd better contact the seller to ask if it's trackable when it leaves China. If it could be tracked, it should take another months to reach. Wait for more days to see.

my Aliexpress order is stuck on the same status for days and it didn't change at all. It's stuck at "Departure Hub Transport" and it has a 10-Day delivery note. I don't think that will be the case. My Tracking Numbef is: H1024900336822901047
