My parcel has been stuck at the ‘carrier’ for over 20 days now, I contact the seller and they said it was waiting on custom clearance, what’s taking so long? Order UJ234518165CN

It should have left China and is in transit to UK now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

Has been stuck at the carrier for a month now. Where exactly is it and who is the ‘carrier’ so I can contact them directly??

It will be delivered by Roymail when it's in UK. But they havn't got it now.
