please help me out! my package LW479586550CN has been stuck at the sorting center for weeks! if gives me an estimated date when it’ll arrive at the post office but what does that mean? nothing has changed in 2 weeks and ive ordered this since january /:

The seller sent it on Feb. 29 and it has been stuck at Zhengzhou Exchange Station since March 15. I suggest you wait for another ten days to see if there is any update for it. If not, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
