Package stuck

Hello, can you please help me find my package?
I have two packages on my way from China to Czech Republic, CP519070320CN and CP519070302CN, the packages were sent on 16/10 via China post air service.
This is the last known information is from 24/10 and the parcel hasn’t moved since. Is my parcel lost? Where is it right now?When can I receive it? Seller refused to help me get any information. And I need answers because I was waiting for a long time. Any new information would be greatly appreciated.
