I saw that my package hasn't moved since October 28th, it says the plane arrived at the port of entry. I want to know if my package is stuck in transit or custom and when it will be delivered to my address.

Are you able to locate where my package is right now? Because on tracking website it says that the package left originating country 3 2 days ago, so wouldn't it be in Canada by now? Thank you

Tracking nunber is LZ086966518CN, it does not update on the china post website sice Oct. 31. The order was placed on 23rd of October. Where is my package right now?
There will be update after it arrives in Canada. You need to wait for more days to get update. e-packet usually takes about 20-40 days to be delivered.
