Package stuck

Hello. My package has been stuck at Guangzhou, Guangdong China since September 5th 2021. My tracking number is CY002576586CN. Should I contact the company I ordered my item from and request a refund?

If you still couldn't receive it untill November 20, you'd better contact the seller to request a refund.
