Hi my package has been in transit for over 60 days now. It's currently stuck in air transport for over 30 days. Are there no flights going to Australia to deliver my parcel? Do you know if my parcel is going via ship or plane? And any estimates on time?

Hello, where is my parcel? It has been with China Post since 22/05 last update was (Shanghai, Airline Departure on 26/06) after that no updates.
