Package stopped in GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi with no updates

Hi,
My package was updated on the day it was shipped but then has not been updated in the past 4 days. All tracking methods I have tried show that it was dispatched from sorting center, GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51008101, or I get that it is ready to be dispatched with an associated dispatch number (CNCANDKRSELBAEM98026) but there has been no update since that time.
Is there a way I can get an update on it? And an estimate of when it will arrive?

Hi Daisy,
I just got off the phone with EMS and was told that there is a delay of 2 - 3 weeks for all shipments coming out of China (express and standard). Is that true?
I have still received 0 updates on my tracking page. Also after talking to the shipper apparently EMS told them that the shipment would easily arrive before event where it was needed (Oct. 25th). Seems strange that EMS would charge express fees but offer standard shipping timetables.
What is going on with my package?

I don't have the news of there is a delay of 2 - 3 weeks for all shipments coming out of China (express and standard). EMS usually takes about 7-10 working days to be delivered.

7-10 working days for it arrive would be fine for me. I need the package by this Friday October 25th which would be 10 work days since it shipped. Hence why I shipped Express.
But EMS thinks it will be delivered 2-3 weeks from now. So 15-20 work days over double the "usual" time. Sadly that isn't very Express at all and will arrive long after it is needed.

My package was shipped on Dec.4, the epacket tracking has not updated since Dec9. It says it has left the sorting center.

Hi Anne,
It didn't pass the check on Feb. 13 and is returned back to be checked again. It should be in transit to the US now. You'd better wait 20 days to see if you could receive it. If not, contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
