Package still stuck in Shanghai sorting center. HELP!!!!

Hello,
It's been almost a month now and it seems my parcel has not moved after arriving at the Shanghai sorting facility. When can i expect the package and has it been lost? How has the coronavirus affected this issue? It's fairly urgent and the sender did say it was posted with express.

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

It has left China and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. Due to the coronavirus, it usually takes about 15-25 working days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
