The tacking says left wellston last mile sorting on dec 28th amd here it is the 2nd and i still have not seen my package that i ordered in Novwmber that was suppose to be christmas presents and only take 15 days to deliver

Here is my tracking number AQ015228409CN where did my package get delivered? Tracking shows package delivered 7/3. No one can seem to tell me. and I do not have the package I never received it it was never delivered to me. No package was delivered.
No package was delivered to my neighbors.
No package was stolen.
I have cameras on driveway/ sidewalk/ entry. how do I get my money back?

THIS PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. THE TRACKING DATA IS IN ERROR. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC INDICATION OF WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME, THE BUYER, AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS INDICATED ON THE ORDER.
