Package still in transit

Dear sit/madam,
After weeks of waiting my parcel is still in transit. It had the tracking number: EV945036265CN can you please give me an update about the package? is it taken by customs?

Hi Daan Visker,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov. 25 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Netherlands after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

The package is in transit for 28 days. The last update on package location received on April 8.
What it is stuck for so long in transit?
Is there any other way to fasten it?

Hi, my package UU216523076CN has been "in transit in transit station" for 12 days now.
What does this status mean ? Can you give more informations about the location of my package ? Should I be worried about this ?
