package still in transit

my package never left China it took like 1 month to move to another place for transit its been in there since may 3rd no updates and I ordered it from ebay and I cant do anything on ebay side because the seller ignored me then ebay decided to not let me do anything with the purchase now and it say that the item number they give me is wrong so what do I do it was a small item but it was $100 and I still want it but if I would buy it now its 300$

What's the tracking number? You should could open a dispute on eBay to get your money back if it couldn't be delivered in time.

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on April 6. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible or open a dispute to get refund on AliExpress.
