Package still in ShangHaiShi PDHZ

Hi there! I still have a package still in ShangHaiShi PDHZ. The tracking number is LY227811714CN. It was supposed to be delivered on 05-23-20 but it shows that it hasn't even left China. Please help! Thank you so much!

Hi Maddico,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update.
